PeakForce TUNA Hardware Selection

  1. After launching NanoScope software, select Tools > Select Microscope to open the Microscope Select window, shown in Figure 1.

  1. Click the New button in the Microscope Select dialog box to open the new Equipment dialog box, shown in Figure 2.
NOTE: If you are upgrading your NanoScope software, you can select the Edit button and simply edit an existing profile.

  1. Enter a profile description and select the appropriate Controller, Microscope and Vision system.

  2. For Sensor, select PF-TUNA to indicate the installed application module.
  3. Click OK to close the Equipment panel.
  4. Click OK to close the Microscope Select panel.
