The Dimension Icon heater/cooler enables atomic force microscopy (AFM) at both reduced (down to –35ºC) and elevated temperatures (up to 250ºC) in a controlled environment. Primary components of the system include a heated probe holder, a heating element and/or a heating-cooling element, and a Thermal Applications Controller (TAC).
This package is available as an option with the purchase of a new Dimension/Hybrid head, Dimension Icon or Dimension Edge series SPM, or as a system upgrade for these configurations.
