Nanoindentation Parameters

The parameters governing a nanoindentation experiment can be split into two categories: Scan parameters, visible in the Scan view, and Ramp parameters, visible in the Ramp view. The available Scan parameters are standard for TappingMode and are discussed in the Software Guide. The Ramp parameters governing nanoindentation are grouped into several drop-down panels:
