If the channel is setpoint subtracted, “Error” is added to the end of the name (e.g. Amplitude becomes Amplitude Error).
Signal names depend on the Mode and Generic Lock-In settings of the microscope.
Amplitude is 0 to peak.
In-phase is proportional to Amplitude*cos(phase) and Quadrature is proportional to Amplitude*sin(phase).
