A poled KTP crystal was re-measured with the ICON AFM, using PeakForce
KPFM mode.
Here settings and result are shown.
Topography
Please note that the weakly visible squares at the lower right
do not seem to be poled anymore, no signal in the potential
image. The sample is several years old.
