CMR (Cancerous, Mutagenic, Reproductive harmful)
substances must be treated careful. A CMR investigation should be
done for each procedure involving a CMR registered product.
This is to ensure that there are no other, less dangerous
substances that could be used instead. A form should be
filled out and signed by a responsible and knowledgeable
person.
The type of listing described here gives all products/mixtures that contain a CMR-registered substance. This is regardless of the amount of CMR-substance in the product/mixture. Not all products listed here need a CMR investigation. To find out what products that contain CMR-substances you have registered in you lab/department you can use KLARA. See the screenshot below how to do this. In the Lists of selections the CMR-substances is chosen. The other important tick boxes are encircled in green, the rest can be left as is. |
