Nova 200, measurement, annotation

Here are functions for doing measurements in the images as well as annotations.

At the top there are buttons for measuring lengths, rectangular areas, inserting texts and deleting unwanted annotations.
Here the different annotations/measurements can be selected for further modifications.
Different properties of the selected measurement/annotation can be modified.
An overview of the active image, can be zoomed and scrolled (roamed).
The intensity of the image can be manipulated, either by contrast / brightness and Gamma. The LookUp Table transfer function can also be manipulated. The histogram can be displayed under the "LUT" curve.
Normal contrast / brightness for detector during normal image scanning.
Status for chambers.

The different types of measurements is selected by clicking the down-arrow next to the measuremetn button.

Here is an example of digital zoom in the overview picture to the right and the result in the main image window.

Please note that the measurement can take into account if image was collected with a tilted stage.

Several measurements and annotations, one is selected.
Text, font, color and rotation can be modified.

Contrast enhancment by manipulating the LUT,
histogram showed under LUT function can be used to optimize the enhancment.
