Memmert UNE 200 programmable oven

Programmable oven with PID controller using fuzzy logic. Delayed programme start, programmable heating and cooling ramps, set-point-dependent waiting time, repeat (loop) function.

Front panel with time display on, operating mode is "Normal", heating is on, actual temperature is 22.9°C, monitor temperature is 172°C (max temperature). Below are the program SET-knob, the main switch combined with rotation for programming and the air fan controller. For details see the Manufacturers manual (pdf)

Simplest possible operation:

• Turn on oven by pushing and releasing the big knob so it goes to its out position.
• The display turns on.
• Check that the oven is in Normal operation mode, the symbol directly above the SET-knob should be alight.
• Press the SET-knob and rotate the big knob to set the desired temperature shown by the green numbers.
• Release the SET-knob.
• The displays green numbers will return showing the actual temperature after four seconds.
