Albanova NanoLab - Some results

Here is shown two tunnel junctions. The three electrodes can be used to measure either one junction at a time or both simultaneously. These are used to measure magneto-resistance in Cobalt/AluminumOxide/Cobalt-junctions. The area of the junctions are roughly 20 × 40 nm². The thinnest electrodes are about 45 nm.
