Troubleshooting

MIRO camera issues may be due to a variety of factors. The following information will aid in troubleshooting your camera:

Go to Tools > Video Settings to access the device controls and increase exposure and gain settings:

Increase illumination on the optical microscope.
Verify that the optical microscope is configured to provide a visible image to the external camera.

NOTE: Some optical microscopes have the ability to route their optics to and/or split the optics between the eyepiece and an external camera.
