Recipe Modify Commands:

Analysis and Modify functions may be used in a recipe on both Realtime captured images and on batches of previously captured images. Recipes on Realtime images may be configured such that the offline image analysis functions are performed on the images as soon as they are captured. Batch processing of previously captured images may be configured to create spreadsheet style data reports, complete with calculations of max, min, and standard deviation of each parameter in the analysis process.

Both Analysis and Modify function nodes are listed together under the Image Analysis tab. To add these functions to a recipe, right click on a node associated with a captured NanoScope image and select New > Image Analysis.
