Bruker's optional Photoconductive AFM accessory consists of a Backside Illumination Optics Assembly, shown in Figure 1, and a Transparent Bed Chuck Assembly, shown in Figure 2, that, in conjunction with an appropriate Application Module (e.g. PeakForce TUNA, TUNA, CAFM...) allows the Dimension Icon user to illuminate the backside of a sample while measuring electrical and nanomechanical properties on the front surface.
